In 2013, Mike Merriman created PARR3 LLC to address the need he saw within the entertainment industry for a non-traditional business management model which could accommodate the fast rate of change within the landscape. He has built a team of like-minded young professionals, who desire to provide the best level of service possible to every client we work with. The Parr3 team has worked with hundreds of artists in various stages of their careers.
Mike Merriman has experience working in most corners of the music industry over the last 18 years. From working in management, touring, record promotion, and business consulting, Mike has honed a passion for helping the artist manage his or her business affairs efficiently and profitably. Mike provides bottom-line accountability for his clients, making sure finances are fair and accurate every step of the way. He is an active member of his client’s team, partnering with artists and their managers to make sound and informed financial decisions.

Bryan Gott, Director - Business Management
Bryan Gott has an extensive background with music, including audio production, engineering and business management. He understands that a creative and innovative lifestyle requires creative and innovative solutions to complex problems. Bryan takes responsibility in educating clients about their businesses so that they have a better understanding of their financial health. His approach involves collaborating with clients to find a customized and effective system that will help facilitate and manage growth.
Andre Sayadian, Tax Director (CPA)
Andre Sayadian has spent the last 10 years working as a Tax Professional. After receiving his CPA in 2013, he has been hard at work delivering quality compliance and consulting solutions to a broad range of clients. His experience includes complex publicly traded and private companies with international activity, middle-market closely held entities, and high net-worth individuals. Andre’s extensive knowledge of tax law allows him to create a plan for his clients to maximize their tax savings.
